Everyday Woman helps replace multiple products with just 3 capsules per day, making it idyllic for those with busy lifestyles and cuts down on the total cost of multiple products.

Quality:
Potent, natural and ethically sourced ingredients with no synthetic fillers and suspicious (!) sounding additives such as silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, titanium dioxide, potassium sorbate, synthetic flavourings and colours, palm oil, gelatin and coating agents.

The above are all ingredients you will find in many regular multivitamins. They take a lot of space in the capsule, leaving less space for the actual vitamins and minerals, and thus reducing their dosages.

We use the best bioavailable forms of ingredients to enhance the absorption of nutrients. For example, instead of the synthetic version of Folic Acid, we use naturally occurring Folate (as 5-Methylterahydrofolate). Our Vitamin B12 comes as naturally occurring Methycobablamin and our Iodine comes from kelp. We also added BioPerine® (Black Pepper Extract) which helps absorb other nutrients. Pyridoxine 5 Phosphate is the metabolically active form of Vitamin B6. Vitamin C in Acerola Cherry is better absorbed by humans than synthetic ascorbic acid.

Directions For Use

Take 3 capsules per day with a small glass of water. It is best to take this product for at least 3-4 months to allow your vitamin or nutrient levels to build up, supporting your health and wellbeing in the most impactful way.
