The gut microbiome converts glucosinates to sulforaphane, but we have also added the enzyme myrosinase which also increases this conversion. TrueBroc® broccoli seed extract contains a high level of glucoraphanin, the sulphur rich phytochemical found in the Brassica family which can participate in enzyme induction of certain metabolic enzymes in the liver.

The gut microbiome converts glucosinates to sulforaphane, but we have also added the enzyme myrosinase which also increases this conversion.
